Welcome to Vervia!

We are a highly motivated team of over 150 front-line staff and managers who aim to provide an unmatched commercial cleaning service based on the 3 Rs – Realism, Responsiveness and Responsibility.

We’re based in Surrey, but our tentacles spread to over 137 schools, offices, leisure centres, blocks of flats and golf clubs – all the way from Berkshire and Buckinghamshire to Hampshire, Sussex and South West London.

Vervia is led by Angela Morris, our founder and MD. Since starting the business in 2006, she has built a senior management team with extensive experience outside the cleaning industry, who have brought fresh perspectives to the business and a desire to do things differently. Discover more about them here. As for Angela herself, before starting Vervia she spent over 20 years in senior recruitment roles, so she understands a thing or two about what motivates people.

In a ‘nuts and bolts’ sense, Vervia is run like any other cleaning company. We train staff to clean your premises and supply them with chemicals and equipment. But in other ways we aim to be very different. We love satisfied customers – but that can only happen if we’re honest with you about the resources needed to clean your building. That doesn’t necessarily mean more hours than other companies tell you, but it may mean offering our staff realistic pay rates for your area and providing proper support in the form of external supervision, quality checks and absence cover.
